Welcome to my Over 40 Fitness Program. If you are like me, getting and staying fit after 40 is not only important physically but also your overall mental wellbeing. After 40, exercise becomes even more essential to your everyday routine. When you hit 40-plus, you start caring less about your image in the mirror and shift your focus to more how you feel and the state of your health.

Hitting my 40s I started seeing a decrease in my metabolism and experienced hormonal fluctuations. One injury heals, another one surfaces. The best way I found to counter those is to move your body every day. Activity doesn’t have to be intense every day. A good split could be resistance-strength training 3-4 days a week, cardio, and high-intensity interval training 2-3 days a week.
