From Wall Street to Wellness: My Story

Back in the late ’90s, I was working as a financial analyst off Wall Street. But I knew deep down that sitting at a desk wasn’t the life I wanted. After relocating to San Diego in 1999, I left the corporate world to follow my passion for strength training — and in 2001, I launched one of the city’s first outdoor bootcamps.

Since then, I’ve coached everyone from athletes and busy parents to executives and retirees, helping them train smarter and live stronger.
